License summary
Last updated: Seller: Harjot Singh Rana (Launchday), sole proprietor, Indiasupport@getlaunchday.com
This is a plain-English summary of the license that comes with every paid Launchday template. The Terms of Service contain the binding wording.
What you can do
- Use the template on one end product or website. That project can be your own, or one client's.
- Edit, restyle and extend the template to fit that project.
- Publish the finished site on your own domain and Framer plan.
- Get free updates to the template you bought.
What you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the template itself, whole or in part, modified or not.
- List the template, or anything derived from it, as a template on the Framer marketplace or on any other marketplace, template store or bundle.
- Post or share your remix link publicly.
- Use one purchase for several unrelated projects or several clients. Buy another license for each.
- Claim you created the original template or use the Launchday name or logo as if we endorse your site.
Good to know
- A finished website that uses the template is not a resale of the template. A website is fine, a template is not.
- Launchday Lite, the free template on the Framer marketplace, has the same resale and redistribution limits and is also covered by Framer's marketplace terms.
- Third-party components in a template, such as fonts or images, keep their own licenses.
- If you are unsure whether your use is allowed, email support@getlaunchday.com before you buy or publish.
